The due date has changed to MONDAY MORNING. I should have all of your infographs by the start of the school day Monday.
You must be LOGGED IN TO Piktochart and your infograph must be open. When it is open, click on the green button that says "PUBLISH". Make sure you have the WEB button clicked. Then hit the turquoise green JPEG button. The image will appear on the right of the screen. It should automatically download but if it does not, right click on the image and hit "save image as" Then you email the .jpg file to me at [email protected]
Today we began our Unit project, infographic creation. All the information can be found in the "Projects", "Infographic Project" page. Your project is due at the end of class on Friday Sept 27th. You were handed out a copy of all this information in class today. Do not forget to check your rubric or the "data and information" page. We will watch HBOs John Adams "An Unnecessary War" on Wednesday as the computers are not available to us that day. The questions for that will be due Friday, Sept 27th, at the beginning of class. Inspiration from Video Infographics
Read the Farewell Address and answer the questions. Also create a Piktochart account and watch the videos. We will be utilizing Piktochart and creating info graphics on Monday. Click here for information on your project. Today we took our Chap 6 vocabulary quiz. If you did not do as well as you wished make sure to turn in your chapter study guide by Thursday to get 2 extra points on your quiz. Today we took a look at the geography of the U.S. and who reigned over each territory. Tomorrow we are going to look at how this affected life in the 1800s as well as policy.
